All About Windows & Design, Inc. is committed to being a responsible steward of our earth's resources.
We reuse & recycle all of the excess materials from shipping packaging to replaced products. Our goal is to "not throw it away" because as it turns out - there is no "away".
One person's thrown out blinds can be another person's needed window coverings. Habitat for Humanity takes all materials/products for homes. Packaging materials such as bubble wrap, is passed onto fellow businesses for reuse in their services - with the hope that they will also utilize their resources wisely - a "chain effect" if you will.
We maintain our products. We'll help keep your window products working properly - whether restringing or repairing - obtaining that pesky little valance clip - we'll help maintain your window coverings for years of use.
One of our main suppliers, Hunter Douglas, has lifetime guartantees on their products. They will repair their products...or if not possible...they will replace the product for FREE.

All About Windows & Design, Inc. works with its suppliers to offer the most reliable and maintainable products possible. We make suggestions for product improvements, improvements on product packaging, and attend invitations to suppliers to give feedback on their products. The producers need to know what we want.
